Muscle and Nerve Function

Magnesium is crucial for muscle contraction and relaxation, nerve impulse transmission, and overall neuromuscular health.

Enhanced Absorption

Magnesium glycinate is readily absorbed in the body, making it an ideal choice for those with sensitive digestive systems or those prone to digestive issues.

Bone Health

It aids in the regulation of calcium levels, contributing to bone density and strength, thus supporting skeletal health and integrity.

Energy Production

Magnesium is a co-factor in over 300 enzymatic reactions, including those involved in the production of ATP, the energy currency of the body.

Sleep Quality

By regulating neurotransmitters and melatonin levels, magnesium facilitates the promotion of restful and rejuvenating sleep, aiding in overall sleep quality and duration.

Take one tablet daily, preferably with food.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have kidney problems, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use.

We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

How it works

Why the glycinate form matters

Magnesium is only useful if your body can actually absorb it. Bound to glycine, magnesium slips across your gut lining gently, where other forms struggle. Explore how it works.

Chelated to glycine for gentle uptake

In magnesium glycinate, each magnesium atom is bound to the amino acid glycine. That pairing helps it absorb readily, an ideal choice for anyone with a sensitive digestive system.

Watch the green glycinate molecule glide across the gut lining into the bloodstream, while unbound magnesium lingers behind.

Questions

Before you buy

Magnesium Glycinate is a chelated form of magnesium in which magnesium is bound to glycine. It is commonly used in dietary supplements.

Magnesium is involved in muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism, blood glucose regulation, bone health and many other normal physiological processes.

Research is promising but not conclusive. A 2025 randomized controlled trial found that magnesium bisglycinate produced a modest improvement in insomnia symptoms among adults reporting poor sleep. Earlier reviews found mixed results.

Magnesium glycinate is a chelated form of magnesium. Different magnesium forms have different absorption characteristics, and magnesium supplements vary in their bioavailability.

It doesn't have to be taken at night. Many people choose an evening routine because magnesium is associated with normal nervous-system and muscle function, but there is no established requirement that magnesium must be taken before bed.

Recommended total magnesium intake for adults is approximately 310–320 mg/day for women and 400–420 mg/day for men, from all sources. The upper limit of 350 mg/day applies specifically to magnesium from supplements and medications.

Magnesium is an essential nutrient, but the appropriate supplemental amount depends on your dietary intake, health status and the amount of elemental magnesium in the product. Follow the product directions or your healthcare professional's advice.

Higher supplemental intakes can cause diarrhea, nausea and abdominal cramping. The risk of magnesium toxicity is greater in people with impaired kidney function.

Yes. Magnesium can interfere with the absorption of certain antibiotics and bisphosphonates and can interact with some other medicines. Speak with your healthcare professional if you take prescription or OTC medication.

BACKED BY SCIENCE

Magnesium is essential for normal muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism and bone health. Research is also investigating its potential role in sleep, with promising but still mixed findings.
