Delivery Policy
Here at Vitalis.com.pk we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We understand that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive. That’s why we send all our orders with TCS or PostEx Pakistan. You can be sure that we try our utmost to have your orders delivered to you as soon as possible.
How will my parcel be sent?
All our orders are packed and shipped with TCS Pakistan , Trax Pakistan or PostEx within 3-5 days of order being placed on our website, Orders are sent cash on delivery for our customers convenience. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day (Monday to Friday).(There may be delays due to Force-Majeure situations such as natural disasters , Rioting , Strikes and Security situations such as Political Rallies , Road blocks & Closures etc).
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
An email will be sent to you within 2-3 days of dispatch with your tracking number.
Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?
Please contact us within 30 days after placing your order – we will do anything we can to help. If an item sent by the courier has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, the Courier has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.
